2026 Polaris 850 RMK KHAOS 165

The 2026 Polaris 850 RMK Khaos 165 is a high-performance mountain snowmobile built on the lightweight Matryx platform for dynamic and agile all-mountain riding. It is equipped with the powerful Patriot 850 engine and a suspension tuned for playful handling and control. 

Engine and performance

• Engine: 850 Patriot, an 840cc liquid-cooled, 2-cylinder engine.
• Drivetrain: QuickDrive2 system for low-inertia and fast throttle response.
• Clutch: P-85 / TEAM LWT.
• Fuel System: Cleanfire® Injection.
• Exhaust: Single, 3-stage VES (Variable Exhaust System).
• Reverse: PERC® (Polaris Electronic Reverse Control).
• Engine options: As part of the SnowCheck program, buyers could choose from the Patriot 850, Patriot 9R, or Patriot Boost engines. 

Chassis and suspension

• Chassis: Matryx platform, which features a narrow design for improved rider connection and agility in deep snow.
• Tunnel: A full-length, tapered tunnel with a cooler. For riders seeking more agility, the Khaos Slash model, with its shorter tunnel, is also available.
• Front Suspension: RMK React™, featuring an adjustable ski stance (36–38 inches) for predictable sidehilling.
• Rear Suspension: RMK Khaos®, specifically tuned to provide transfer and traction for a more dynamic, "playful" riding style.
• Shocks: Premium Walker Evans Racing® (WER) Velocity Hi-Lo shocks with remote reservoirs and adjustable high/low-speed compression.
• Track: Standard track is a 15 x 165 x 2.75"
